At Re.juve, we are committed to delivering the highest quality cold-pressed juices; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once they leave our temperature-controlled facility. If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Delivery
Carefully check your order immediately upon arrival to ensure all bottles are sealed and the temperature is still chilled.
- 2.Document Discrepancies
If there is any damage or an incorrect item, take clear photos of the products and the shipping label as evidence for your claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
